THE RECEPTIVE
This hexagram consists of six broken (female, or yin) lines, denoting a time of yielding or receptivity. It does not stand in opposition to Ch'ien, but rather complements it. This lies at the heart of understanding the hexagram. You must realize that you cannot take the lead, and you cannot get your own way through forceful behaviour. You need to work in co-operation with others; independent action will simply lead to a confusion of issues and roles. This hexagram also signifies that you will be particularly concerned with material matters. In other words, you will have to take care of the nuts and bolts of the situation and leave the forward planning and organization to others. It may be that this kind of role is not natural to you, but it is vital that you adopt this stance for now, in order to generate a constructive atmosphere and create possibilities for the future.

The best thing you can do is keep your own counsel and generally maintain a low profile. If you just get on quietly with the job in hand there will be a time later when your efforts will be acknowledged.

The need to keep in the background is paramount right now. If you try to push yourself forward you will run straight into difficulties; avoid all confrontations and, if necessary, withdraw altogether.
SIX in the FIFTH PLACE
It is possible to achieve great things - but only by behaving discreetly. Success comes indirectly, so you should not flaunt your talents but let them work subtly behind the scenes.
SIX at the TOP
This line signifies that you must take extreme caution not to challenge the authority of others. If you are to avoid discord here, the only thing to do is put your own ambitions on a back burner.

I'm not a politician or financial expert, I'm a Tarot reader, realist and philosopher so I'm about to put my neck on the line here and from this card I am expecting the chancellor to be sacked and Liz Truss will reverse the mini budget when she addresses a news conference later today.
