EXAMPLE LENORMAND ORACLE

Introduction

A 3 card spread for the day using the Lenormand Oracle deck and techniques. The card placements are Past, Present and Future. I have also included a 4th card which is the actual OUTCOME card.

Instructions

Add the 3 cards together, minus 36 which is the amount of cards in the deck. The number that's left is the OUTCOME card.

So the cards are numbered (4, 28, 26) you would get this calculation (4+28+26=58-36 = 22). The OUTCOME card (#4) is therefore, card #22 (Pathways/Roads).

 

PAST

4 - HOUSE

This card stands for your home, the place where you feel comfortable, a secure place. In combination with card 17 (STORKS) it denotes moving house.

The home, fruitful projects.

Stability, the home, family ties, responsibility.

PRESENT

28 - GENTLEMAN / MAN

This card stands for the person asking the question if it is a man, and so it is the person card for men. If the person asking the question is a woman, the card represents her present or future partner, i.e. the man she feels closest to.

Friend, husband, significant other, boyfriend, love. Also action, aggressiveness, logic, willpower.

FUTURE

26 - BOOK / SPHINX

This card denotes a secret, something that is not yet definite, as it is still hidden somewhere. If the cards 31 (SUN) or 33 (KEY) lie next to it, the secret is revealed. The book can also indicate a contract or a large amount of acquired knowledge.

Secrets, a mystery.

Wisdom of life, book of life, things are in good standing, call to learn more, sign of the teacher.

Projects, studies, education. 

OUTCOME CARD

22 - PATHWAYS / ROADS

The paths place you in front of a decision. However they also express that there are alternatives and ways out and that you have to make a choice.

Choices, decisions.

Freedom of choice, doubts, probability, not knowing for sure.
