The splinters in the finger of society.

It's 2020, the year of the Covid-19 pandemic. So how has this changed the attitudes of our society? Not very much, is the answer. People are still selfish, materialistic, greedy, disrespectful and down right undeserving of any praise or merit. Disillusionment has set in leaving the needy and vulnerable without any hope of a brighter future. Is there no end to depravity or can society change for the better, we have walked a very long road to get here, to a place where life is not worth living and any prospects are just too low for many of us.

How did we get here and why have we left so many behind? It's time to look in the mirror and ask ourselves who we really are. I am no saint and neither are many others out there, so what do you see when you look into a mirror, are you one of the splinters in the finger of society?

We have struggled to make our way into 2021 and selfishly managed to increase the covid infectious rate, which in turn has increased the death rate. This period in world history will show the total lack of disrespect for, not only our fellow humans but to the whole world. We are all to blame for the absolute, and complete disregard that each and everyone of us, world wide, have now shown to each other and for the future of our children.
