Mars and Pluto

The quality of time in July is highly charged and somewhat volcanic. Unsettling or sudden unforeseen events could spur a development that requires a fundamental reassessment of the situation. Right at the beginning of the month, on July 2, fiery Aries Mars squares bone-hard Capricorn Pluto. There is power-conscious and assertive action, sometimes with open violence. Mercury in lively Gemini squares Neptune in Pisces at this time, as well as trines Saturn in Aquarius. The quality of time could bring ambiguity and new hotbeds of conflict that need a lot of attention to keep them from escalating further. There are powerful forces at hand now, and some can accomplish almost superhuman things now.

Cancer

On July 5, Mars enters Taurus and Mercury enters Cancer. The tension of the last few days diminishes somewhat. It could be a moment of insight, when both the tragedy and the full potential of a situation can be recognized and felt. Then, when the Sun is in opposition to Pluto on July 20, someone exercises their authority.

Things could happen in the last third of the month that will have a lasting impact on the rest of the year. On July 22, the Sun enters proud Leo. Mercury, which preceded it three days earlier, is in trine to Jupiter on July 23, heralding great things to come. Venus, which squares Jupiter on the 25th, also seems to be involved and is festively adorned. On June 10, Mercury trines Pluto before entering Gemini on June 13. Then, an uncovered affair or a leaked secret could have consequences. Mars and Chiron

June 14, there is a Full Moon in Sagittarius. It squares Neptune in Pisces, and a day later Mars conjoins Chiron in Aries. In this somewhat ambivalent quality of time, some aspire to accomplish great things. Success and failure are close together, and painful frustration is a distinct possibility. Some may resort to heroic myths to avoid possible feelings of shame, others stick to the motto "Do good and talk about it".

On June 16, the Sun squares Neptune and trines Saturn. Although there is a great deal of activity in many places, actual progress falls short of expectations. It often seems difficult to translate ideas into concrete action. Persistence is the key to success these days. With Venus square Saturn on June 18, some may want to secure success. However, the trine to Pluto on June 21 draws attention to the fact that first old debts must be settled and obligations honored. Only when Venus enters Gemini on June 23 will the quality of time become more lighthearted again.

Cancer

Also on June 21, the Sun enters the realm of emotional Cancer. The two planets will soon be in conjunction, where they appear to be close to each other when observed from Earth, and they will be in Pisces, something we have not seen since 1856.

Astrologer Mercedes Arnus Arraut explains what this means to us.

“Jupiter is the planet of news, knowledge, (and) media, and Neptune is the planet of spirituality, higher reals, higher dimensions, the ethereal — things that you cannot explain, the mystical,” Arraut said. “Something very interesting is that Pisces, the constellation where both Jupiter and Neptune unite, is the realm of both Jupiter and Neptune because before Neptune was discovered the Pisces constellation was ruled by Jupiter. So the fact that both these celestial bodies unite in both of their realms in Pisces, it’s very redundant energy where this mystical Pisces energy is going to be blooming all of our lives.”

This conjunction is in April, but we may be feeling the effects now.

“So the time this conjunction peaks is in the middle of April. This doesn’t mean we’re only going to feel it in April, because starting the Piscean month, which starts the 18th of February, we’re going to be having a boom of Pisces energy because the Sun is going to be walking towards this constellation — throughout this constellation — and both highlighting the energy of both Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces,” Arraut said.

“So starting the 18th of February, closer to this date, we’re going to be experiencing a big peak. And it’s not going to be until the end of April when we see this energy soothing a little bit more,” Arraut said. “But something very beautiful that the Piscean energy is bringing is healing. It’s understanding your wounds, understanding what hurts, or what has hurt you in the past, and finding a guide, a path toward healing toward understanding and having big compassion for you, for your evolution, for everyone around you, for those who hurt you. It’s feeling your heart with such a high vibration that you can experience love, second chances, second opportunities. It’s sort of like coming back to life, because you have a second chance at love, life, and work because you reach another state of consciousness, and that is the most beautiful way to put this energy. So, try to stay on the positive side of Pisces.” 

How do we stay on the positive side of Pisces and experience this healing power?

“This conjunction wants to make humanity aware that there’s a world under the sea, there’s a world of consciousness under the sea. Under the sea means also our inner waters, our inner emotions, and it’s a way of humanity seeing how waters are so important in our life. It’s going to be a very sensitive few months for sure. So the way to handle this is expressing, chanting, singing, connecting with the Pisces energy in a much more conscious, a lot more beautiful way, its higher state, because Pisces is the energy of the highest form of creativity, the highest and most beautiful state of love. So, there’s going to be a lot of love in the atmosphere if you vibe with that aspect or higher state of the Piscean energy,” Arraut said.    

As the planets move into conjunction Mercedes also recommends journaling your dreams every morning, getting out into nature, and tapping into your Piscean creative energy.

Saturn, Pluto, Jupiter

The war in Ukraine leaves no doubt: We are in a phase of profound social transformation. The Saturn-Pluto conjunction in January 2020 and the Saturn-Jupiter conjunction in December of the same year can be understood as the starting point. Both constellations point to fundamental shifts in power structures. While it was to be expected that this would not happen without major upheavals, the shock of a war in Europe with many civilian casualties is nevertheless great. We have to find our way in a new chapter of a story in which we are all entangled.

Aries, Chiron, Mercury

The Aries New Moon on April 1 is conjunct Mercury and Chiron. The deep wound that may now become visible also has to do with experiences far in the past. It is important to allow the grief and pain to be expressed, for acceptance of the hurt is a prerequisite for true healing. Many voices are now calling for peace to be made. However, Mars conjoins Saturn in Aquarius on April 5. Much ideological harshness, ignorance and delusion could become apparent. Where this tough facade of supposed superiority becomes brittle, powerlessness is revealed. Venus enters Pisces on the same day. She points to the path of uncompromising compassion.

Jupiter and Neptune 

Compassion is also indicated by the conjunction of Jupiter and Neptune, which becomes exact on April 12. The quality of time of this month is dynamic and complex, and it is hardly possible to capture and describe it conclusively. The events of this month may contain some key moments that may not be recognized as such until later. The main impulses come from three strong conjunctions in the zodiac signs of Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces. Foundation stones are being laid now that will shape events throughout the year and beyond.

It begins with the Pisces New Moon on March 2, in conjunction with Jupiter (orb of 2 degrees). Saturn and Mercury are in exact conjunction in Aquarius at the same time, Mars and Venus form a conjunction with Pluto in Capricorn, exact March 3.

Pluto, Venus and Mars

It's a magical time, literally: with alert confidence and a clear mind, actions can now be taken that have a decidedly powerful effect. Be aware, however, that unconscious fears and entanglements will have as real an impact as love and respect. The Venus-Mars-Pluto conjunction at almost 28° Capricorn has great incendiary power, and since its shadow side indicates, among other things, great greed, this could also be a time of messy and dangerous disputes, especially where (perceived or real) privilege and existing power relationships are challenged. Sun and Jupiter

The Sun conjoins Jupiter in Pisces on March 5, underscoring the importance of trust and confidence, especially in times of transformation. A day later, Venus and Mars, still in close conjunction, enter Aquarius together. They thus reach exactly the position of the Saturn-Jupiter conjunction of December 21, 2020, which can be understood as the beginning of the current turning point. A very negative time is surrounding us all and nobody seems to have any positive answers. The people in power are all grabbing at straws, broken ones. Everybody seems to be making very bold statements but in reality they are just hiding behind words.

I was hoping for someone with an ounce of intelligence to come forward and show themselves but there is nobody. We have run out of leaders, a person with strength and integrity who can show us the way. Instead, everyone is just covering their own backsides in case they get severely kicked. The future is looking very bleak and this Knight has no answers, just questions.

It's time for someone to step forward and show themselves, a person for the people.

Russian civilians protesting in Russia yesterday. According to news reports over 1,000 protesters where arrested by Russian police for protesting PEACEFULLY!

Over 36 hours ago President Vladimir Putin gave his military forces, who had deployed over 200,000 troops along the Northern, Eastern and Southern boarders of the Ukraine, the order to attack and invade in what Putin called a "Special Mission."

Ukrainian military forces prepared themselves to defend their Country, their Peoples and their right to Freedom! 

Nobody, whoever or whatever they think or believe they are or have the right to, can take the FREEDOM AND CIVIL RIGHTS from another! But I am not talking about anybody here. This is Vladimir Putin, a man who has lost all sense of reality, normality, dignity and integrity. He now lives in his own world which he has made for himself, it is cold, dark and lonely and nobody can enter.
